By using Phonevault, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short because surprises don't belong in a service that promises protection.
The service
Phonevault provides automatic backup, AI-powered search, and full restore for Android devices. We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service running 24/7 with 99.9% uptime.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. One person, one account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Phonevault.
Billing
Phonevault costs $7.99/month and includes 100 GB. Additional storage is $1.99 per 100 GB and full-resolution video is $2.99/month. Charges renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time from Settings — your service continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use
Don't use Phonevault to back up content that is illegal where you live. If we detect activity that violates this rule, we may suspend the account.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep your data safe, but no service can guarantee 100% prevention of loss. Phonevault's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
